VISUAL INSPECTION SERVICE PACKAGE
The visual Inspection Is carried out by our qualified technicians who will inspect your equipment and advise on any action to be taken, visually checking the appliance for safety or damage to the plug, fuse, wiring, cable and protective case of the appliance. Our Technicians will ask themselves questions such as: the appliance - Does it work? Is It in good condition or in any other way unsatisfactory? Is It free from cracks or damage? Can it be used safely? The users, the environment and the suitability for the use are all taken into account

SERVICE PACKAGE
Consists of a combined inspection and testing and includes minor repairs such as clamping of sheathing into plugs, rewiring plugs and replacement of fuses .All clients are provided with a detailed results log, an asset register and a certificate. Standard labels are used which state the appliance identification number, test date, retest date, and technician identification. Testing will be carried out during normal working hours however the work can be done outside normal working hours if requested by the client.

PRICES
We believe in a clear pricing structure for our PAT Testing so that the price you see will be the price that you will pay. All charges are based on the total number of items to be tested.

When working out the number of appliances to b tested, an appliance with an associated lead (detachable) i.e. a computer monitor and it associated IEC (kettle) lead are charged as two items.This is due to each one requiring a separate test and record log.

REPAIRS
If during the course of the portable appliance testing, minor faults are detected, we will carry out an appliance repair and the appliance re-tested.

TRAVEL CHARGES
Travel charges are included in our PAT Testing price structure within our network area. All companies outside our network area please ring for details Prices quoted are based on appliances being clear and available for testing on the agreed date. Prices stated do not include VAT.
